1. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by Label Downtown. Customers are responsible for accurate order, billing, shipping, and contact information. Payment must be completed using an authorized payment method before production begins unless otherwise agreed. We may contact you before proceeding if there is an obvious pricing, product, artwork, or order information error.

2. Artwork & Customer Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing spelling, dimensions, quantities, colors, and project details. We may point out issues we notice, but customers remain responsible for the files they submit or approve. Once artwork or specifications have been approved and production has begun, changes may not always be possible.

3. Artwork Ownership & Permission
You retain ownership of artwork that belongs to you. By submitting artwork, you confirm that you own it or have permission to use and reproduce it for your order. You give Label Downtown permission to use submitted artwork only as reasonably necessary to review, prepare, produce, and fulfill your project. We may decline work that we reasonably believe violates law or another person’s intellectual property rights.

Custom work is created specifically for each customer, and reasonable variations can occur during production. Screen colors may not exactly match physical colors because screens, materials, profiles, and processes vary. Minor reasonable differences in color, size, placement, or appearance may not be considered defects. Please communicate precise specifications before production begins.

5. Changes & Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before production begins. Once artwork preparation, customization, or production has started, cancellation or a full refund may no longer be possible because the work is custom.

6. Turnaround Time
Estimated production times are estimates rather than guarantees unless specifically confirmed otherwise, and do not include shipping time. Artwork changes, approvals, material availability, order volume, holidays, carrier disruptions, and other circumstances may affect completion. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant delays.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address. Carrier delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our control. If a package appears lost, damaged, or incorrectly delivered, contact us promptly so we can review the situation and help determine the appropriate next step.

Custom products generally cannot be returned or refunded simply because a customer changes their mind after production begins or is completed. We stand behind our work: if we make a production error or completed work materially differs from the approved order, contact us promptly with order information and, when appropriate, photographs. We will review the situation fairly and may repair, reproduce, replace, credit, or refund the affected portion. Incorrect customer information, approved artwork, or reasonable variations may not qualify as production errors.
